Accommodations and Conference Center

The JW Marriott Grand Rapids, a brand new, world-class hotel, is meticulously designed for both business and pleasure. Situated in downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan overlooking the Grand River, the prestigious JW Marriott Grand Rapids is the first of the Marriott premium brand to be built in the Midwest and is a welcome addition to the city’s sculptural skyline.

Chosen as the site of 2008 Climate Leadership Summit because of its earth-friendly practices, the JW’s environmental initiatives include several that reduce energy and water consumption and the use of harmful chemicals and encourage on-site recycling technologies.

The JW has 340 well-appointed, smoke-free rooms and suites on 23 floors. Among the uncommon amenities, each private retreat has a Technology Docking Station with wireless Internet access and a 37" flat screen TV. Recreation and leisure facilities include an indoor heated pool, 24-hour fitness center, steam rooms and whirlpool tub.
